CHIDERA is a bright and glossy ruby red colour

Bouquet

On the nose, it is initially discreet and almost shy, awaiting the necessary amount of oxygen which will allow it to slowly blossom with elegant expressions of autumn florality, black cherry jam and a wide range of spices including pepper and clove

Flavour

Well-rounded and enveloping thanks to its glycerine content. The alcohol, warm and strongly present, is almost imperceptible when swallowing, because it is well-metabolised by a general structure which sees the low acidity sustained by soft yet present tannins.
